Summary of Functions in the National Registry(system development in the 2002 fiscal year) • Account Management • Opening/Closing accounts of each legal entity • Credit Management • Referring account information • Issuing credits in the registry • Transferring credits inside the registry • Information Disclosure • Disclosing information on the total amounts of credits and transactions inside the registry

Activities in the Development of the Interface Specification • Preparing possible scheme of the detailed functional specification of the interface • Arranging functions of the interface between registry systems under the Marrakech accord (application of UN/CEFACT Modeling Methodology) • Specifying elements which each registry checks in advance so as for the entire registry system to stabilize • Introducing at the IETA workshop (Feb. 2003)
