  2. 2-who can do exercise:- •Above 1o yrs •Old age, very important •Young, very important •Children 3-when exercise:- Before you start exercise you need to hydrate your body first with lukewarm water or green tea •Ideally morning between 5am-8am is the best time for exercise •Because of empty stomach •But if you are working professional I must recommend to you start your day with exercise ..at least30-40 minute

  3. 4-what type of exercise :- I think this is very important to understand actually what type of exercise you want to do or need It depend upon your body structure and age some key point I want to share with you •If you are old age start your exercise with slow and deep breathing and some stretching like shoulder ,back and spine movement •For young ,they can do accordingly
