  3. CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT • I’M SORRY. I’M VERY BUSY. • I’M TERRIBLE SORRY I HAVE TO PUT MY APPOINTMENT. • I’M AFRAID I HAVE TO POSTPONE MY APPOINTMENT WITH DR. JONES TOMORROW MORNING.
