Needs Analysis The needs assessment involves: • Understanding and taking ownership of the 2005/2006 immersion team’s formal needs assessment. • Revising, updating, and extending the goals to match new ideas and constraints.

Recommendations • Client Presentation Dec. 8 • Distribute Evaluation Tools • Use client feedback to improve current modules and shape development of future modules.
