  4. Creating a Cohort • Determine a date range • Determine a behavior or characteristic

  5. Permanent Filters for Views • Apply on the View level • ‘Destructive’ • Occurs from current to future (not retroactive) • Examples • exclude users from within own company • Include only 1 particular page

  6. Permanent Filters • Exclude keeps things from getting into the views • Include will only include a limited amount of data and EXCLUDE everything else
