  1. 國道3號增設古坑交流道工程（都市土地） • 徵收土地所在地範圍及面積 雲林縣古坑鄉東興段15-2地號等21筆私有土地，合計面積0.493700公頃。 • 興辦事業之種類及法令依據 • 興辦事業之種類：交通事業。 • 興辦事業之法令依據：依據土地徵收條例第3條第2款規定。

  2. 增設南出、北入匝道 增設南入、北出匝道 149甲 158甲 國道3號增設古坑交流道工程（都市土地） • 國道 3 號與縣道149甲線及158甲線橫交處

  3. 新增非都土地，另案辦理取得 都市計畫線 國道3號 縣道158甲 非都市土地 (已完成取得) 都市土地 新增非都土地，另案辦理取得 • 本工程新增用地，位於非都市土地部分業經內政部100年10月24日台內地字第1000209934號函核准徵收，並經雲林縣政府辦理徵收公告及發放補償費完竣，已訂於今(102)年8月開工。 • 都市土地部分，預計於102年12月底前完成取得。 • 前述非都市土地(已完成取得)、都市土地(本案擬取得)及變更設計新增非都市土地(另案辦理取得)範圍詳土地使用計畫圖(圖幅號：A1、A2、A3、B)。
