  10. Aramark: 15 Years OSHA Free • Infinity Maint: Jessie Guevara @ A-1800 CEMP found insulation metal with sharp edges. He took the initiative and taped it safely and informed the insulator. • ICS: B-4100/B-2905 – (PPWA Project) crew has faced many obstacles and have always focused on SAFETY. They demonstrate good leadership, good communications and good work ethics. • Infinity Maint: David Pilcik @ A-2600 Versene found pipe on blower at cf-2 the rain cap was hanging by one sheet metal screw 30ft up the side of stairs. This was a hazard. David immediately contacted the WAC/planner. • Hyrochem: Don Johnson is the regional winner for “Its Not Mean To Intervene” program. Don intervened with a co-worker and prevented a serious injury! • Brand: A-3200 Crew has delivered on their promise with quality craftsmanship and excellent safety standards. Also helped to improve Reliability on many pieces of equipment thru out the plant.

  11. Brand: Painters @ A-3600 repainted the dome at PMDI and completed the job safely. Great craftsmanship & Quality of service. • Brand: Insulators @ B-3900 safely completed a job on a leaking formalin line. • Brand: B-7200 T/A crew provided quick, safe and quality results to the T/A. They completed their job safely. • Skyline: Jose Ochoa @ B-2700 discovered a leak from a pump. Jose immediately notified operations personnel of this hazard.
