  5. Achilles tendon inflammation(التهاب تاندون آشیل) • 1. Basic treatment instructions:Before starting any treatment, always treat the Central Nervous System first. Suggestion is 8 minutes daily (if treatments are taking place daily)2. Treatment levels:- When a tingling feeling is experienced, turn the knob so that the reading on the display shows no more than 2/3 of the reading when the first tingling sensation is felt.- If the pain or discomforts gets worse after the first day, skip one day and on the next day see to it that you put the current on the display even lower.- Children and elderly people should always be treated with the display showing a very low figure.3.Over treatment can cause headaches, dizziness, nausea etc. Never treat an area too long, never put the current too high, never treat too often.4. In order to improve the drainage of toxins from the body, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day for better results.5. The maximum treatment time is 32 minutesdaily.6. It is advisable to carry out treatments in the morning or the afternoon (not at night except for the earclip treatments), for better results.7.Never place the electrodes on top of open wounds or damaged skin.
