  2. Talking points • State needs to sustain its ODF Status. Out of 110 ULBs 5 have been certified as non-ODF). State to ensure that No ULBS should fail recertification • Progress of IHHL construction is at 114 %. , while for CT/PT is at 58 % • State to share reason for slow progress and timeline for completing CT/PT construction. • State also needs to improve its performance in Solid Waste Management. Current Status of Waste processing is 17.2 %,Door to Door collection 99% and 88% Source Segregation across ULBs. • ULB-wise action plan to be submitted by State on MIS for achieving 100% Processing • Ground Level Situation for Door-to- door collection and source segregation to be inspected by State • Source Segregation of 88 % in comparison to the waste processing of 17.2 % needs to be validated. State needs to share processing status of segregated waste. It may be possible that this waste gets mixed and dumped in the landfills. • AadhaarSeeding Status of IHHL beneficiaries has to be expedited. • Total IHHL beneficiaries: 1,92,508 • Beneficiaries without Aadhaar: 176 • Unseeded Aadhaar beneficiaries 48,085 • State to share timeline for completing AadhaarSeeding • 17 ULBs are Active on Swachhata Appwith a resolution rate of 94 % • State has to ensure adequate citizen engagement campaigns are carried out to promote usage of Swachhata App amongst citizen • 110 ULBs are collecting User Charges and 101 ULBs have enforced Spot Fines.
