Our client sustained a heart attack because his doctor improperly placed a heart stent. “Today, avoidable medical errors are the third leading cause of death in the U.S. and those errors also inflict untold misery for their victims. The trial was heard in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Nassau. The plaintiffs were Kenneth Prechtl and Maria Prechtl.
