  2. Background • Towson University our team lead. • Grant will be awarded in March. At this point we don’t know if we will get the award. • Maximum award is $50,000.

  3. Scope Collect, document, assemble, and distribute the structures and transportation data themes for the National Capital Region and MWCOG area. Uniform data going beyond what we did for HIRA. • Task 1: Inventory and Collect Transportation and Structures. • Task 2: Integration Planning and Data Modeling • Task 3: Data Assembly • Task 4: Data Distribution • Task 5: Sustainability / Maintenance Recommendations

The best thing we can for the NCR w/ $400K • GIS will be considered part of the NCR Data Exchange Hub. -- We must -- • Fire Computer Aided Dispatch Demo • Replace ADC as the base map -- Options for the $400,000 -- • GIS Analyst for DEH Team. • Continue to add uniform data themes to HIRA map. • Refine how common operating picture applications will consume DeH data.
