REASONS FOR SUCCESS • Regular savings and proper meetings. • Demand of Tent activity have increasing in this region and a group covers 5-8 villages, so these groups earning handsome amount of money. • Now these groups are earning Fifteen thousand rupees per month. • The faith on NGO and coordination among the group is good.

  15. Continue……... • In these groups (Tent Activity), some groups acquired additional assets. • Now these group members support each other and maintain unity. • Now these groups are socially, economically and morally empowered.

  16. WHAT WORKED ? • Good relation among Group, NGO, and GO. • The approach of the project is pro-poor. • Faith of groups on NGO. • Need assessment was done properly using PRA Techniques. • Co-operation of District Administration and Line Department.

  17. WHAT NOT? • Duration of Project is short. • The agreement was not continuous and it created confusing situation. • Paper work is comparatively more and not simple. • Regular changes in policies are being noticed. • Adverse climatic condition of Churu.

  18. What Next • Q & S Trainings will be conducted to strengthen the groups. • New market will be explored. • Credit Linkage will be emphasized. • Paper work should be minimized. • The office works should be completed in the prescribed time frame.
