About CCG • Cormack Consultancy Group(CCG) is international business development consultancy based in the UK, Baltic States, India and Russia. • CCG has been working with Companies for over 11 years with 20 staff working in our offices in the UK, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia and India. • CCG offers a full range of expert support and business development services to companies, including Market Access, Sales Support and Investment services. • To date CCG has assisted over 300 companies develop their business www.ccbaltic.eu

How we work? • If research is undertaken such as packaging, pricing, market information, product testing, partner search, distribution chain search or distributor introductions CCG are paid a fee, we call this a research fee. • CCG are paid a success fee once the agreement has been made to enter the UK market. • In an attempt to reduce costs to all companies we attempt to add all or part of this fee to the ex works price. This is done with the agreement of all parties.

Our Experts • Charles Cormack has considerable experience of working in the UK financial sector, having worked on projects with a range of financial institutions including Citi Bank, Barclaycard, Relax Finance, Cerberus, Morgan Stanley and Spectrum Card Services. • Barbara McCroryhas over 20 years experience working in various businesses at Director Level. She started her trade with Tesco working her way up to Trading Director with a final responsibility for over £400 million sales. Barbara has worked with some of the top food brand names such as Mars, Unilever, Dolmio, Heineken, Hellmans, Flora, Nivea, Walkers, Johnson & Johnson, and Masterfoods.

  12. Our Experts • Maxim Tereshchenko, an economics and management graduate of Aberdeen University. Has been integrating cross-border business in the UK and Russia for the past 10 years. Hands-on experience in number of sectors from IT to construction. Currently manages group of companies trading in Russia and UK in range of sectors from timber to logistics.  • DiwakarThakoreis a well-known entrepreneur who lived and studied in the UK for a number of years, and has also personally invested in a number of spin out companies from Edinburgh University.  Now back in India Diwakar wants to use his knowledge and contacts to help companies wanting to work in the exciting but complicated Indian market.
