PCT Campus Programme Update

Colin Lusted provides an update on the Bromley PCT Campus Programme, which has seen a significant reduction in participants, now down to 40 from 88 in June 2008. Comprehensive care assessments have been completed, and most participants have Person Centred Plans in place. Funding is available, including £6.9M from the Department of Health, to secure housing for individuals in the programme. The goal is to complete the Programme by year’s end, with plans for 14 individuals to transition by September and 26 by December. Questions are welcomed.
