Stuff I have done in CSE 3: Fluency with Information Technology By: James Hsu Computational Thinking Making Information Available to the World with HTML and Web Pages Desktop Publishing with MS Word I learned how to make Microsoft Word pages look spiffy and high tech to impress people that might what to see what I can do. This means that you think about things that you might be able to use after you have learned them to perform more difficult tasks that you may or may not want to do in the near or far future in your career like make cool posters on Microsoft PowerPoint. I learned how to make basic HTML web pages that show stuff that I may or may not pursue in the future. Presentation of Information with MS PowerPoint I learned how to make cool PowerPoint’s to present information that I might need to present in the future. Data Analysis and Visualization with MS Excel Dynamic Webpage Programming with JavaScript Finally, I learned how to make interactive web pages with JavaScript so that web pages I may or may not create will have the ability to be interactive I also learned how to organize data into a nice looking spreadsheet to make nifty graphs and charts that help in understanding lots of data. Visual Programming with Alice I learned how to make programs with the Alice program that could be made into short movies to that other programming concepts could be learned in a form of computational thinking.
