EIS Fiscal Year End Closing Procedures • EISEMS – Upload to the Data Collector Option 2 Option 1 • You can transfer the EISEMS data to the data collector by utilizing the FTP_EISEMS function. • FTP_EISEMS is located: MENU  OECN  OECN_LCL  FTP_EISEMS • After you have completed EISEMS, email FISCAL@SEOVEC.ORGand we will run FTP_EISEMS, Start and Prepare the collection for you. NOTE: Once the EISEMS file is uploaded to the data collector through FTP_EISEMS you will need to log into the data collector to start, prepare, preview, certify and submit the data to ODE.
