This set of rules outlines essential blocking and signaling protocols for effective traffic management. Blockers must not cross in front of others and should take designated left or right blocks according to their track. Communication is key; use tap signals and exaggerated hand signals when blocking and returning to the line. Leaders must guide blockers appropriately, and in case of danger, prioritize safety by shifting tracks or leaving the situation. These guidelines ensure clear communication and safe navigation at intersections for all involved.
