  1. CPPM interests in AIDA AIDA meeting 19.05.2010

  2. CPPM contributions • Design of the analog electronics – amplifiers, low consumption discriminators, SEU tolerant memories, ADCs, temperatures sensors, multiplexers – up to 7 microelectronics ingeneers • Design of the 3D sensor and electronics structures • CPPM already shares IP blocks with other HEP labs: FE analog(amplifier, discriminator), SEU memory • Tests in the laboratory • Irradiation and tests at CERN PS and X-rays – up to 3 ingeneers and applied physicists AIDA meeting 19.05.2010

  3. CPPM interests • Applications for SLHC pixel detector upgrade , specially for low R pixel radius • Connection of sensors (planar, 3D or diamond) with front-end 3D electronics with possibility of vertical vias back side access • Test structures and chips in the multiproject runs with sensors on high resistivity wafers with CMOS technology (130 nm or 90 nm or 65 nm). • 3D interconnection of high resistivity CMOS sensor-analog tier with digital tier • 20Keuros part is not adequate for CPPM AIDA meeting 19.05.2010
