  11. Troy kept taxing ships.

  12. Homer Who tells us this story in the form of 2 very long poems: The Iliad & The Odyssey

  13. The Trojans captured Helen, the Greek queen took her to Troy.

  14. The Mycenaeans go to rescue the Queen in Troy.

  15. Thus starts the Trojan Wars.

  16. The Trojan Warslast 10 years.

  17. Finally the Greeks used the Horse to trick the Trojans and free the Queen.

  18. The King & Helen, his Queen, sail home. And they all lived . . .

  19. Everyone did not live happily ever after . . . instead there was Civil War !!!

  20. Then the Dark Ages set in. No more reading No more writing. No more art. No more gold works. No more trade. No more fresco. And the Dorians invade. Back to simple farming and herding. These lasted several centuries.
