This report presents the net adsorption results of Mycoad AZ, produced from 2006 to 2011, for three mycotoxins: Zearalenone, Ochratoxin, and Fumonisin. The adsorption percentages for Zearalenone were consistently high, with results averaging 98.9% ± 0.4% across batches. Ochratoxin showed a mean adsorption of 95.1% ± 1.5%, while Fumonisin exhibited a mean of 91.1% ± 3.3%. Coefficient of Variation (CV) values were low, indicating strong consistency across batches. These findings highlight the reliability of Mycoad AZ in reducing harmful mycotoxin levels.
