  1. Agenda: 5/15/2014 Continue reading The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch—Parts III & IV. *Remember! Reflection Pieces need to ½ page and include the date! Showing Gratitude: Writing Thank-you Notes (see next slide for instructions) E.Q.: How does gratitude and thankfulness impact my daily life? Has gratitude become an uncommon trait in society? Why or why not?

  2. Thank-you Note Instructions • Determine who you want to thank! Remember, your note must be addressed to an ADULT at Creekview HS—teacher, custodian, administrator, lunchroom staff…etc. • When your section is called, retrieve a thank-you card from the table at the front of the room. Choose quickly! • Write a DRAFT of your note on notebook paper FIRST. You only get one card, so make sure you know what you want to say before setting it in stone. • USE PEN when writing your thank-you note. • SIGN YOUR NAME LEGIBLY at the end of the letter. • DO NOT SEAL THE ENVELOPES WHEN SUBMITTING. • Due Friday, May 16th at the beginning of class.
