  4. WHY YOGA ? • BODY MADEUP OF PANCHTATVA ; AGNI, VAYU, JAL, AKASH AND PRITHVI. • IF BODY IS NOT AT EASE BECAUSE OF IMBALANCE IN ANY OF THE BASIC ELEMENTS, MEANS BODY IS AT DIS-EASE. • MAINTAIN BALANCE FOR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH.
