  16. Horizontal- parallel to the horizon; level

  17. Hypocrite- person who does not practice the beliefs or opinions that he or she professes

  18. Insubordinate- defiant to authority; disobedient; rebellious

  19. Mentor- a wise, trusted counselor or advisor
