Supplementary Table 1

Summary of nuclear pixel areas and decondense efficiency in heterochromatin and euchromatin region

Mean values of the key parameters were summarized. Total pixels in whole nucleus (SwholeG,+ SwholeR + SwholeY) in individual cell were plotted in Figure 6. Fractions of pDNA located in heterochromatin and euchromatin regions in individual cells were plotted in Figure 7 (black circles, 7a. 7b. and 7c.). Decondensation efficiency in each nuclear subdomain (Ek) was plotted in Figure (7d and 7e).Detailed calculation was summarized in Supplemental information.
