  6. Methodology

  7. Study population : Population of this study involves both male and female 4th years students of An-Najah National University. • Design: A descriptive non experimental study

  8. Research problem : Assessment knowledge and practices of 4th year students at An-Najah national university regarded hepatitis B. Problem statement: Are their any relation between students knowledge and practice regarded hepatitis

  9. The Hypothesis : • . There exist no significant differences,in the significance level 0.05, of knowledge among forth years studenof An-Najah student and the college.

  10. 2. . There exist no significant differences, in the significance level 0.05, of knowledge and practice among forth years student of An-Najah student and the college.

  11. Purpose : To evaluate knowledge and practice of 4th years students about hepatitis B. • Objectives : * determine the level of students knowledge * determine the deference in level of knowledge between social and scientific knowledge to find out the students practices regarded infection control measures.

  12. Questionnaire : • Demographic variables (age, gender , specialist scientific and social , and student who registration number were 105. • The first 6 question were about social status, the question from 7 to 20 are measure knowledge level of students regard hepatitis B the other question are proposed to identify the practice and perception students about hepatitis B

  13. The Results of the study

  14. The result of the questions: The aim of this study is to Assessment of knowledge level about hepatitis B among 4th years student at An-Najah National University in order to achieve these purposes the questioner developed and verifying its validity, and after the data collect the relevant data were analyzed and entered to the statistical model using SPSS...

  15. Discussion the Results of the hypothesis • In order to study the truth of the hypotheses “There exist no significant differences, in the significance level 0.05 of knowledge among forth years student of An-Najah student and the college..” We use crostabtables and chi_ square test

  16. we notice that 60% of samples who are in scientific college have moderate evaluation of knowledge ,23.3% low evaluation and 16.7% of them have high evaluation ,and 70% of samples who are in social college have low evaluation of knowledge and 30% moderate evaluation and there is no one case of social college have high evaluation…

  17. And according to Chi-Square Tests between College and evaluation of student knowledge about hepatitis B • we notice the level of significance (0.003) is smaller than 0.05, so we reject the hypothesis and conclude that " There exist a significant differences, in the significance level 0.05, of knowledge among forth years student of An-Najah student and the college

  18. second hypothesis: In order to study the truth of the hypotheses “There exist no significant differences, in the significance level 0.05, of knowledge and practice among forth years student of An-Najah student and the college..” We use crostabtables and chi square test.

  19. According to Cross tabulation between of knowledge and practice among forth years student of An-Najah student and the college.

  20. we notice that the student who have good practice and in scientific college 64.3% of them have moderate evaluation ,17.9% low evaluation and 17.9% of them have high evaluation ,in the other hand the student who have good practice and in social college 66.7% of them have low evaluation , 17.9% of them have moderate evaluation and there is no one case of who have good practice and in social collage have high evaluation

  21. From the chi square tests we notice the level of significance (0.002) is smaller than 0.05, so we reject the hypothesis and conclude that " There exist a significant differences, in the significance level 0.05, of knowledge and good practice among forth years student of An-Najah student and the college.
