(1) บอกที่มาของกราฟ -คำนวน/วัดได้อย่างไร -condition (T,P,C…) ใด (2) กราฟแสดงอะไร -ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอะไรกับอะไร ที่แกนไหน -ถ้ามีหลายเส้น แต่ละเส้น condition ต่างกันอย่างไร (3) สรุปผลอะไรได้บ้าง (Results) -ร่างไว้เป็นข้อ ๆ 1, 2, 3, ….. Experimental values by PFG NMR measurements at the loading of 2 are also given for comparison.

(R/D)Similar to other small guest molecules such as, CH4, CF4, He, Ne, Ar, Xe and SF6 in silicalite-1,54 the diffusion of water decreases if the concentration increases. (R)As expected, the diffusivities for all concentrations at 393 K are higher than those of 298 K. (R)The temperature dependence is stronger at low concentrations, i.e., the difference of the diffusion coefficients obtained from the two temperatures is almost disappeared at the loading of 8 water molecules per interaction.

Results and Discussion ตัวอย่าง (R/D) It can be seen that the simulation values overestimate the experimentally observed self-diffusivities of water by PFG NMR by approximately a factor of 2 at 298 K and of 4 at 393 K. Possibly experimental explanations for these discrepancies are discussed in terms of the intra-crystalline water to the measured signals by PFG NMR.5 Note that the model employed in this study yields practically a one-to-one correspondence between the predicted (by the potential function) and the observed (by the ab initio calculation) interaction energies.

Results and Discussion การเขียนต้อง friendly (reviewer!!!) กับผู้อ่านให้มากที่สุด ๏ขณะอ่านแต่ละประโยค ผู้อ่านต้องรู้เสมอว่ากำลัง พูดถึงข้อมูลใด ในตารางหรือ figure ใด ๏หลีกเลี่ยงการอ้างข้อมูลที่ผู้อ่านต้องไปบวก-ลบเอง ๏การอ้างถึงตัวเลขจะช่วยให้ผู้อ่านตามข้อมูลได้เร็ว

Introduction…..เขียนยากที่สุด **Paragraph แรกสำคัญมาก!!!!** •ปัญหา ความขัดแย้ง ความไม่ชัดเจนเนื่องจากขาดข้อมูล •งานนี้ต้องทำอะไร ใช้วิธีไหน เพื่อแก้ปัญหา/ตอบโจทย์ **สอดคล้องกับ Title, Abstract, Results&discussion** **Paragraph ต่อ ๆ ไป** ภาพกว้าง…ประโยชน์/ผลกระทบแนวกว้าง ของกลุ่มสาร/ ระบบที่ศึกษา ขยาย paragraph แรก โดยแบ่งให้เป็น paragraph สั้น ๆ ต้องครอบคลุม!!!!

  23. หัวข้อ 2. Introduction …..เขียนยากที่สุด... Paragraph แรกคือ research rationale Proteolytic activation of the hemagglutinin (HA) is essential for infectivity and for spread of the avian influenza virus through the host’s body (1-4). This process is determined by a cleavage reaction at HA’s cleavage-site, a conserved arginine, by host proteases(5). An insertion of the –RRRKK– residues into the low-pathogenic avian-influenza (LPAI) cleavage-site is able to increase in cleavage by furin relative to the sequence lacking the insertion (6). This is known to potentially activate infectivity of viruses (7-9), i.e., the LPAI viruses, then, become high pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) viruses. Understanding of this fact, why hemagglutinin H5 is better cleavaged by furin than other subtypes, turns to be an ultimate goal of this study.

Paragraph แรกคือ research rationale Since March 2009, the outbreak of a new strain of influenza A (H1N1) virus infection in humans has raised increasing concerns of the risk of a global flu epidemic. Many countries around the world, especially The United States of America and Mexico, have formally reported symptomatic human infections of this new A (H1N1) virus [1]. The most effective antiviral agent, oseltamivir (OTV), is recommended by The World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for treatment of the infected patients, whilst the new A (H1N1) strain confers resistance to amantadine (AMT) and rimantadine (RMT).To overcome this or any other future pandemic, this urgent event needs a detailed understanding at the molecular level of any inhibitory machinery of such commercially available and well stocked front line drugs.

More information is necessary to understand the potentials. But providing this information here would be far beyond the scope of this letter. Therefore, the citation of Ref. [8] seems to be the more appropriate way. But if the Editor insists we can add the equations.

The discussion has been made and compared qualitatively between the characteristics of the hydrogen bonding obtained from different simulations. We don’t agree with the referee that expected to see here a detail discussion of the various definitions of hydrogen bonds and corresponding analysis. By the way, the last sentence of an abstract in the original version, which sounds too strong, has been modified. The word “increases” in the corresponding statement page 5, 3rd paragraph, last sentence) has been also replaced by “seems to increase”.
