WootTracker7 will monitor item changes and alert on item changes • Lessons Learned • Significantly different then WM 6.5 development • Understanding of unique WP7 API’s • Competition of ‘obvious’ applications is high

Revenue • Paid/Trial • Advantages • Easy to implement • Disadvantages • Some users ignore pay apps completely • Users are reluctant to buy apps, even as low as 99 cents • Free with Ads • Advantages • People are more likely to see, download, and use free apps • Revenue reports from various bloggers say this model produces more revenue • Disadvantages • Less visual space due to ads • Reduced feature decisions • Dealing with ad providers • Revenue is highly variable, even with consistent user activity
