  2. Welcome to urecfit – Group Fitness Here are a few things you should know about our program: A new schedule is posted each semester unless otherwise noted. All classes for May 2010 are free to students and members. All participants must have a registration form and waiver on file prior to taking his/her first class. Call ahead privileges are available the day of class to all participants with waivers on file. Guests may pay $10 to use the facility for a day and may take any class(es) of his/her choice. Guests do not have the right to call ahead and reserve a spot. Pick up class admission cards at the 4th floor desk up to 30 minutes before class starts. Anyone on the reservation list that does not show up more than 10 minutes before class to pick up admission card may forfeit class spot. Body Tone - A resistance training class that will work all major muscles groups and those you didn’t know you had too! All fitness levels welcome. Bootcamp - This 45 minute class will challenge your body and focus on toning, endurance, strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, balance, and power. This bootcamp is for all fitness levels. Butts & Guts – Focus on your glutes and core for 30 minutes of muscle burning work sure to make you break a sweat! Core - This class utilizes all resources to strengthen the “powerhouse” - abs, lower back and glutes. Cycle - A class for all fitness levels that closely resembles a ride of the road, encountering challenges of hills, jumps, intervals and sprints. Pilates – Class will combine stretching and strengthening routines designed to work the “core muscles” of the body Power Flow Yoga - A physically challenging, vigorous class that moves from gentle warm-ups to abdominal strengthening to sustained standing postures and ends with twists then landing in profound relaxation. Resist-a-Ball - A stability/fitness ball is used to offer a heart pumping and core muscles building exercise class. Triple Threat - Three of the best workouts in one heart pounding class! Combine cardio (cycle), strength (weights) and stability (core) to maximize the calorie burn. Yin Yoga - Increase flexibility and balance in your body. Using deep stretches adapted to your unique anatomy to open and stimulate core connective tissues, increase fluidity, and calm the mind. Yoga – Mixed level class with steady movement from one pose to the next while coming to/from the breath. Yoga and Abs – Combine yoga and Pilates to strengthen the core. Zumba® - Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Class descriptions
