Chart and Status List Web Parts • The Chart Web Part allows adding a chart to a Web Part page • A simple wizard guides the user through the process of connecting to a data source and defining the chart and chart layout • Includes numerous chart types • The Status List Web Part allows introducing status indicators • Can be sourced from SharePoint lists, Excel Services, Analysis Services or fixed values • Can be filtered by Filter Web Parts

Excel Services • Supports server-side calculation and browser-based rendering of Excel workbooks • Useful when users need to share content in a workbook with others in the organization • Use for: • Real-time, interactive reporting with support for parameters Exposure of all or part of a workbook (e.g., intellectual property can be hidden from workbook consumers) • Development of analytical solutions • A Web Part supports embedding reports into dashboards

Visio Services • Supports central access to Visio diagrams, including diagrams that are based on refreshable data sources • Use for: • Bringing diagrams to life with data-driven visuals connected to real-time data • Sharing interactive, browser-based diagrams • Connects to SQL Server, SharePoint Lists, Excel Services and OLE DB/ODBC • A Web Part supports embedding diagrams into dashboards
