  2. Step 1: Digital -> Mailbox IQ -> Platform -> Select Report Group-> Apply http://www.pviq.com/ Pulling metrics

  3. Step 2: Select Time Period: Campaign List- Period: Last Month- Apply Pulling metrics Step 3: Select Campaign

  4. Step 4: Pulling metrics Campaign Details -> By Platform -> Export Excel

  5. Step 5: /Volumes/Sysba3/SHRDATA/EP\ Mailbox\ IQ\ Reports Pulling metrics Copy metrics from MBIQ to Excel doc on SHRDATA server

  6. Pulling metrics Each business area is on a separate sheet

  7. Spreadsheet should contain: • StrongMail Campaign Name • MBIQ Campaign Name • First Seen Date(Note: The StrongMail Campaign Name can be obtained by searching StrongMail by date and by saving launch notification to MSS & searching by mailing id) Pulling metrics

  8. Step 6: Pulling metrics Email is sent with previous month’s metrics attached within 10 days. (note: a text file of who the email should be sent to is also on the server)
