  6. The administrator will receive a notification that the page has been changed (we monitor our wiki)

  7. Small changes like this one… • You can make this kind of changes on any page as a “guest”, i.e. without being logged in • Ideal for corrections and spelling mistakes: we are working in many languages so please help (don’t bear with our mistakes)! • If you want to create new pages or upload documents, you need to be logged in.

  8. Sign up for wikispaces: click on “join”

  9. Enter a recognisable username (helps the administrator), e.g. LizHartiganRNDM

  10. You will receive a confirmation by email (no need to reply)

  11. Welcome! You can now create pages and upload documents. Please also join this wiki so that we can send you updates.

  12. How to add a new page

  13. Add a title (use _) and tags (3-5)

  14. For the organisers of the institute to fill in…

  15. Hurray! A new page has been added

  16. Now let’s add some text and upload a document „Edit This Page“

  17. Formatting the text…

  18. Voilà – and now let’s add a document

  19. This window will come up automatically – click on “Upload”

  20. Choose a file from your computer

  21. The green line shows the status of your upload (may take a minute or so…)

  22. Here is your document: double-click on it to insert it

  23. …where it will look like this (before saving)

  24. Page saved! Now people around the world can download the document
