12. The Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program, named for a section of the Small Business Act, is a business development program created to help small disadvantaged businesses compete in the American economy and access the federal procurement market.
The SBA 8(a) program is designed to benefit the client as well as the contractor by:
Allowing small disadvantaged companies the ability to pursue sole-source procurements,
Allowing federal agencies the ability to offer “8(a) only” competitive bid procurements, and
Ensuring that the 8(a) company is stable and able to handle the workload - SBA does an extensive background check on the company prior to giving it an 8(a) designations
Through sole source contracts, businesses are given an opportunity to enter the government-contracting arena and gain the experience necessary to compete in the full and open market.

15. Alaskan Native 8(a) Advantages
16. Alaskan Native 8(a) Advantages Firms that are 51% or more owned and controlled by ANC’s are deemed socially and economically disadvantaged by statute.
The SBA is required to waive the two-year-in-business rule for tribal and ANC-owned firms so long as the SBA finds that the firm has a marketing and development strategy for meeting the competitive mix of requirement of the 8(a) program. As a result, a tribal or ANC 8(a) firm may be a start-up that is teaming with a more experienced firm in the beginning.
The CEO of a tribal firm must be a member of an economically disadvantaged tribe, but he or she does not have to demonstrate personal social or economic disadvantage. There are no qualifications or requirements of any kind for the CEO of an ANC. OMB Circular A76 stipulates that the government may avert the process of conducting an A76 study and directly outsource non-inherently governmental functions of any scope, directly to a tribal or ANC 8a entity.

28. Improved Customer Satisfaction Nakuuruq enables multiple IT partners to fix customers’ dilemmas faster, resulting in your customer being much more satisfied with the entire solution
29. Improved Organization Flexibility Nakuuruq enables all parties to work together more efficiently and as part of a team. This results in offering your organization a realm of possibilities by combining talents and efforts of multiple vendors to provide the mix of solution offerings that simply were not available before.
30. Reduced Labor Costs Nakuuruq eliminates travel expenses by enabling multiple partners to perform in each geographical location and group hardware products and equipment where it is most needed. IT employees can not be in two places at once, but Nakuuruq can subcontract to multiple partners and vendors. This saves time and money, increases productivity and reduces, if not eliminating, overtime costs, unnecessary travel and overhead in general.
31. Reduced IT Infrastructure Costs Nakuuruq through Anixter provides for asset management with its inventory feature that helps to monitor costs. Also, Nakuuruq multiple and vendor neutral cross-partner support helps with migration of product and service delivery.
32. Reduced Risk Nakuuruq offers more security due to the fact that there are less players involved and lest information out to multiple vendors. Each partner and/or sub-contractor sees what they need to see to do their job. The purchase order comes from Nakuuruq and not the end user. It is less information floating out there and vendors directly involved with more coordination with results in lowering your risk factors.
33. Improved Satisfaction with the solution By giving your organization’s IT staff better tools to address the challenges they are faced with, they will be less stressed and happier working for your organization.
34. Summary By using Nakuuruq Solutions to eliminate the amount of time your IT department could waste on coordination of efforts with multiple vendor and contracts, the productivity gains are quite substantial.
Increased production alone is an excellent return on investment. However, an enterprise wide solution with multiple locations and efforts is when money talks.
Nakuuruq Solutions is an answer.
