Lubbock, Texas 2 Texas Tech Test Well Facilities The purpose of the Test Well Facilities is:
(1) to provide the faculty with a location for training undergraduate students in oil field operations. These facilities will be integrated into the Natural Gas and Production Engineering Laboratory curriculum.
(2) to provide the Texas Tech University with a research location to work with graduate students on the full-scale testing and development of oil and gas production technologies.
