  2. Scope Overview • Work in cooperation with private landowners • Use low-cost techniques to: • Modify flow regimes, reducing peak runoff • Detain stormwater • Mitigate effects of prior hydromodification • Trap and/or filter sediments • Promote on-site water reuse for irrigation
