Create a documentary portrait project where you interview 3-5 people about items they can't live without. Capture their portraits and arrange their belongings creatively. Use the rule of thirds and consider their personalities in the setup. Include interview questions in Comic Life presentations. Deadline: March 5th.

Documentary Portrait Due March 5
Interview 3-5 people • Write 1-2 interview questions that ask people to speak of their possessions. • Ex. What’s in your purse? • Ex. If your house was about to burn down, what would you take with you? • Interview your models
Take Pictures! • Photograph their “answer” • Gather the objects and arrange the objects in an interesting way. • Think about your model’s personality and the questions you asked them when deciding how you should arrange their stuff. • USE RULE OF THIRDS!
After editing… • Upload into Comic Life the portrait of you model and the portrait of their belongings • Include the interview question below the photos. • I will teach you how to do this on Tuesday.
Final Product: • At least 1 interview question • Portraits of at least 3 models • “object portraits” of those models • A MINIMUM of 3 Comic Life presentations of your photos… • TOTAL: MINIMUM OF 6 PHOTOS
