Overview – Version 2.32 • Scheduler • Who’s waiting pictures appear when mouse hovers over the patient’s name in the Who’s Waiting boxes. • Appliance has new attributes for “Type”, “Details”, “Lab name”, and “Comments” • ABO Discrepancy Screen • Family dropdown shortcut from every screen • Family needs appointment nag screen will display when scheduling a patient who has a family member with needs appointments. • Miscellaneous Fixes • Office Scan screen resizes correctly • Office Scan will remember last location after moving a scanned document • Add letter fields for contract additional amount and contract additional description • Resizing of screens to fit monitor size • Prevent marking a future appointment as “broken” • Deleting a chart entry associated with the checkout will “undo” the checkout • Fixed overriding appointment minutes on scheduler box. Will now schedule appt with requested mins. • Chart entries will not reorder from their original location. Will now always use current time vs. the time of the appointment. • Follow-up List -- Expand rows that wrap to more than one line.

3. Who’s Waiting Pictures View patient pictures from all screens having the “Who’s waiting Boxes”.

4. Appliance Improvements Appliance has new attributes for “Type”, “Details”, “Lab Name”, and Comments. The appliance screen can be customized to show or hide many of these fields.

5. Appliance Entry Appliance fields can be entered or changed in many places. Here is the first place you will most likely enter the appliance details.

6. New Appliance Indicators From the scheduler From Needs Appointments Details – Opens the appliance entry screen (previous slide) which allows adding and changing appliance fields. New appliance toggle makes it easier to set appliance indicators. Clearly shows what’s currently selected. Highlight and click to change the setting.

9. Family Dropdown New Family icon will list all patients in the family. “View family Appointments” will list all future scheduled and needed appointments for the family.

13. Financial Reminders Used for Insurance queue reminders or Financial alerts.

14. Financial Reminders Under “Financial” on the Insurance Queue screen, all financial type reminders will be listed. Reminders that are due will display in dark blue. Future or inactive reminders will show in gray.

15. Ins. Queue Reminders – Work Needed When “Work Needed” is selected, only insurance queue reminders on or past their due date will show.

16. Ins. Queue Reminders – By Patient When “By Patient” is selected, all insurance queue reminders will show. Active will show in blue, future/inactive will show in gray.

17. Patient Picture Upload Provides an easy method for uploading patient pictures into the program. Your patient pictures can be taken from any file location on your network. These files don’t require a special naming convention. The program will store them in the correct location and rename them accordingly.
