  1. Bog turtles • This sea creature is a bog turtle, they are very interesting animals. Bog Turtles are threatened to North Carolina due to being found a lot. North Carolina are putting up funds to help save bog turtles. People need to read about bog turtles and study them, so they can help them not become extinct because before long they might become extinct.

  2. What bog turtles look like • What do bog turtles look like? A bog turtle looks very cool, its shell has two spots on it that are red, orange or yellow. It likes to live in wet lands. Females lay two to three eggs in late spring or early summer. The adult size is four to five inches.

  3. Where bog turtles live • Where you can find a Bog Turtle’s habitat. They are found in New York, Massachusetts, Tennessee and Georgia they like to live near bogs. A Bog is like a swampy area with lots of trees. They don’t migrate north or south for the winter. They live in very many states.
