Magento 2 Custom Order Number

Default Magento 2 provides a facility to manage order numbers. What if you want a custom order string to handle orders of your store? Custom Order Number Extension for Magento 2 allows users to set a custom format for order numbers. With custom order numbers the store owner can effortlessly manage their databases.   2. 1.Configuration Once the extension is installed successfully, go to Stores>Configuration to configure the extension for use. Enable: Enable or Disable the extension from here. Set it as enabled to use the features of the extension. Order Prefix: Admin can add prefix alphabet characters from here. Special characters are not allowed. Start Counter From: Admin will have to add a custom counter number from where the order number can start. Postfix: Admin can add postfix alphabet characters from here. Special characters are not allowed.
