Abandoned Cart Suite extension for Magento 2 by MageComp helps the store owner to remind/recall the abandoned/neglected carts of their customers by offering discount vouchers via sending Emails, SMS or WhatsApp Notifications. Using the Abandoned Cart extension the store owner can effortlessly send reminders to their store customers who have neglected purchasing their selected products in the cart of your store. The store owner can increase CTR by sending discount vouchers via email, SMS, or WhatsApp notification. Store owners can easily customize the email templates as per their desire. There is also a featured section to resend emails at particular time periods. The extension helps the store owner to display the featured popup on the cart page for sending the discount vouchers to the customers. The store owner can also create short and noticeable links from the backend of the store.

Magento 2 Abandoned Cart Suite MageComp's Abandoned Cart Suite for Magento 2 enables store admin to remind their customer's forgotten carts by sending Emails, SMS or WhatsApp Notifications with discount coupon codes.   2. 1.Configuration Once the extension is installed successfully, go to Stores>Configuration to configure the extension for use. Abandoned Cart Notification: Enable or Disable the extension from here. Set it as enabled to use the features of the extension. Select Customers Groups: Admin will need to select the customer groups from here. Notification Type: Admin can select the type of notification as per their requirement.

  3. 1. SMS Gateway Configuration: SMS Gateway: Admin will need to select the gateway type from here. Sender ID: Admin can select the sender id from here. Authentication Key: Add the authentication key from here. API URL: Admin will need to add the URL provided by SMS gateway. 2. WhatsApp Configuration: Note: For using twilio you will need to run the twilio/sdk from CLI. Twilio Account SID: Admin will need to add the twilio account SID here. Twilio Auth token: Admin will need to add the Auth Token given by the Twilio. Twilio Mobile Number: Add the phone number here which you purchased from twilio

  4. 3. Email Configuration: Email Sender: Select the sender which will display in the sent mail to the customer. Email Template: Select the email template form here. Text: Add the text as per your desire to send along with the notification. Coupon Code: Add the discount coupon code you wish to send to your customers. Time: Select the time for which you need to resend to your customers from the dropdown provided. 4. Popup on Cart: Popup Title: Add an attractive title as per your desire. Popup Button Text: Add the button text in this field. Popup Success Message: Add message which will be displayed after customer sends response.

  5. 5. Short URL Sharing Settings: Bitly Short URL: Admin will need to set enable from here. Bitly Login Name: Add the name as per your desire. Bitly API Key: Add the API key here which is provided by the bitly. 2.Backend display of Abandoned Cart The store merchant can easily review and manage the campaign analysis and report directly from this tab.

  6. The store merchant can easily manage Notification Report details and Cart Details with Customer Name from this tab. 3.Frontend display of Abandoned Cart Guest customer popup display in the shopping cart at the frontend of your Magento 2 store
