  3. What movie did the following quote come from? The bridge of death keeper inquired of King Arthur, “What is the air speed velocity of an un-laden swallow?” What did King Arthur then inquire of the bridge keeper?

  4. A wise man* once said that if you learn someone’s name and always remember something about them, you will have a friend for life. (*Tim Smith) Inquire about the following information from the person sitting behind you: (don’t write it down, just remember it) 1. May I inquire, when is your birthday? 2. I would also like to inquire, what is your favorite show on TV? 3. My next inquiry is, what is your favorite food? 4. My final inquiry is, what is your favorite thing to do for fun?

  5. Anyone in search of a job? What does inquire mean in this example? Why is this ad for employment located here?

  6. Now, I would like to inquire of you, Po (or Grasshopper for those of us that are a little older), what is the meaning of the saying on the t-shirt?

  8. If you didn’t know the answers to the questions, here they are: • The movie with King Arthur was Monty Python’s “The Search For The Holy Grail”. Arthur’s inquiry was, “African or European?”. • The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles live in the Sewer with Master Splinter, that is why the ad was on the sewer cover. 3.
