The List Server enhances communication within the leadership in MLS by efficiently managing email updates. When updates are received from MLS, the List Server automatically updates the database with the new leadership email information. Ward or stake members can send emails to specified leadership groups, such as the Elders Quorum Presidency. The List Server forwards these emails to the relevant leaders, who can then reply directly through their personal email accounts, facilitating seamless and efficient communication. This process no longer involves the Link Server or church email domains.
