AIACE: Intelligent Ambient for Connected Elderly and Disabled Care

AIACE is a new model of connected lifestyle in a non-intrusive, personalized, adaptive, predictive, and sustainable environment for elderly and disabled patients. It aims to improve quality of life, safety, continuity of care, and prevention of social isolation through innovative technology platforms. The project focuses on creating knowledge collaboratively through open data, enabling autonomy, and safety in Smart Home Environments.

GENERAL OBJECTIVE Innovative technology platform to enable services of autonomy and safety to elderly and disabled patient in a Smart Home Environment • to improve the quality of life • to increase safety, continuity of care andprevention of social isolation • to simplify relationship between citizens and PA, through a social and health network that provides access to patient centered services and support for caregivers • to share data between the different actors involved in the care pathway to a more efficient and effective management of citizen • to minimize errorsin health care • to create "knowledge" in a "collaborative way", through statistical processes in the form of open data, supporting the development of new services for the citizen
