  3. Our assessment Our safety culture climate survey is named 24/7 due to its structure:-24 x Qs for employees; and an additional 7 x Qs for managers The question set is based on business and academic experience of climate surveys across multiple sectors. Our survey ‘questions’ are actually a series of statements. Using a 6-point “forced choice” response scale Positively worded statements score from 0 for “strongly disagree” through to a score of 5 for “Strongly Agree” Each respondent is given a unique validation code. Their responses are strictly confidential and anonymous. We garner insights from your survey results and provide benchmark data along with expert advice in your feedback report Your report will include mean scores for your sample against each question and aggregated for the 3 drivers of culture – Encouragement, Enablement, Engagement. You will also receive a grand mean score. All of these results will be shown against benchmark figures for all participating companies. Your report will also compare managers and employees’ perceptions of safety culture. If there’s a perception gap, we’ll find it and we’ll help you close it. Our survey is available in multiple languages and conducted through our independent research partner The Survey Initiative.
