You can give at least three traits of a netgener and confusion and chaos do not bother you anymore. You regularly use project/problem based teaching in your classroom.

7. Powerful Learning Practice for Administrators and Teacher Leaders F2F- Launch Elluminate NING Live meetings where 50 + meet, listen and then reflect in small groups. Create a sense of urgency, build community, whet appetites. VLC where we deepen understanding, network, and share resources. Purpose: A virtual community designed to help participants gain an understanding of the transformative potential of Web 2.0 tools in a global perspective and context, and how those potentials can be translated into classroom practice in Western NY schools.

They work together in an ongoing effort to discover best practices and to expand their professional expertise. PLCs are our best hope for reculturing schools. We want to focus on shifting from a culture of teacher isolation to a culture of deep and meaningful collaboration.
