(8/2004 – present). School Counselors Helping Initiate Notable Excellence (SHINE) Grant. Provides consultation and training for school counselors at two DC elementary schools. • Rosenfield S. – Co-directs Laboratory for Instructional Consultation Team; obtains grants and contracts to provide technical assistance, training and program evaluation to schools in MD, VA, DE, MI, NC, and NV.
