  1. Gmail Bulk Sender Bot Bulk Gmail Sender is a simple but useful automatic email sender. Send 1 email every 30 2 seconds +/- for a maximum of 500 emails per day. Usually I would let it run overnight. Send the 500 emails around 3:30 pm to the Gmail account, very easy to set up How to use  Open the bot  Fill in the corresponding fields  Enter your email address, password, email title, and email text, upload the email list (max 500), and click Submit.  That is all! See how it works Ahead of Gmail's 15th anniversary last year, Google added a variety of productivity and machine learning tools to its email service. (There may have been attempts to make up for the disappearance of the Inbox Email app as well, but that's an argument for another day.) The additions included a way for Gmail to write subject lines for emails for you and schedule an email to be sent. at another time. It can be a bit confusing to navigate through some of Gmail's features. In this tutorial, we'll focus on Gmail's Smart Reply and Smart Compose auto complete tools, which are designed to save time. It can be a bit strange for a computer to help write emails and subject lines. However, if you're willing to at least try it yourself, here are ways to automate your Gmail responses from Gmail Sender Bot. ACTIVATE SMART REPLY AND SMART COMPOSE For Gmail to generate email text and replies, you must first log in through the "Settings" menu. If you are a regular Gmail user (instead of G Suite Enterprise Edition), do the following: ON DESKTOP Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and find the Settings page. Scroll to the separate "Smart Reply" and "Smart Compose" options and select "On" for one or both options to enable automatic suggestions.

  2. You can also allow Gmail machine learning to customize suggestions based on the way you type your email by selecting "Smart Compose Customization." For example, greeting your co- workers with "hello team" and "hello everyone" automatically shows what you use most often. If you are using G Suite, the option to switch to Smart Compose may not be available. Your G Suite administrator will need to enable this for your company. So please contact the person in charge if you want to test this at work. ON THE ANDROID OR IOS APP: In the upper left corner, tap the hamburger icon to open the side drawer. Scroll down to Settings. Select the Gmail account you want to target Touch the Smart Reply and / or Smart Compose checkbox to activate the mode. Once the settings are turned on, Gmail is set to automatically suggest answers and end sentences based on your writing style. To know more information about Macro Software Check out here. It seems Basically you just start typing and Gmail will suggest words that might match the sentence you are typing. Please note that it does not always appear in every email you write. Since Gmail requires context, Smart Compose will likely be triggered when you reply to an email or start sending an email with blanket statements like "Nice to meet you" or "I hope you're doing well." If Gmail has a suggestion, you'll see an opaque set of text next to it. In the desktop version of Gmail, you can press Tab to accept the suggestion. When you see a suggested word or phrase in the mobile app, swipe right to add it to the email.
