Live Review WOTC Process – Triggering the Email 1 • Move to WOTC Step • Select Location • Call applicant • Invite to interview • Notify the applicant that they will receive an email with a link to a brief questionnaire. Ask applicant to complete the WOTC questionnaire prior to the interview. 2

Live Review WOTC Process – Email to Applicant WOTC Email TaxBreak Online WOTC Questionnaire Dear <first name> <last name>, Sonic Drive-In participates in the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) program. As a participant in this program, we ask that you complete a brief voluntary WOTC questionnaire. The information you provide to our WOTC vendor will be kept confidential.  The questionnaire will take approximately 5 minutes of your time. Please click the link below to access the questionnaire website.   <LINK> Thank you, Sonic Drive-In If the Applicant does not receive the email, the Manager can resend it.

  5. Live Review WOTC Process – Questionnaire Statuses Tip: Click the browser refresh button or click out of a step and back into a step to get a status to refresh.

Live Review WOTC Process – Resending the Email • If you need to resend the WOTC email to the applicant, access the Integration Detail screen by: • Clicking the WOTC Sent status OR clicking the “i” icon under Actions • Click the Reattempt link to trigger the email again Important! If the applicant’s email is not correct, please correct it in the Contact Info under the “i” action
