  2. 學生帳號說明 • 帳號名稱:類別碼+學號後六碼 * • 密碼:身份證號,第一個英文字母要大寫 • 例如 : 研究所碩士生學號19566566 其帳號名稱為n566566 密碼預設為其身分證號碼 *學生帳號主機統一為 moon.nfu.edu.tw

  3. 國家圖書館授權書 • 圖書館首頁校內論文提交系統 • 因97年7月23日教育部來函， 「為促進學術傳播，請各大院校碩博士論文，以公開利用為原則， 若延後公開需訂定合理年限(以不超過5年)」且應避免永不公開之情況。 • 依學位授予法第8條規定 。

  4. 論文格式要求 • 內容: 中英文書名頁、授權書、口試審定書、浮水印等 • 外觀: 封面(亮面)、書背格式(範例下載)、封面顏色 • 繳交本數:圖書館３本

  5. 各系所書皮封面顏色參考 • 經營管理所—粉紅 • 電機工程系—紅 • 資訊管理所—黃 • 工業工程與管理所—淺黃 • 機械與機電所—灰 • 光電與材料科技所—淡藍綠 • 材料與綠色能源工程所—紫 • 以上提供參考，若系上有特別規定以系上為主。
