Keys to Effective Partnerships Both formal and informal partnerships • Clearly articulated goals • Mutual and clearly defined benefits – financial, programmatic, social • Complimentary strengths • Mutual trust - transparency, honesty • Structure fair to both sides • Realistic expectations Accept that they may not last forever Regional Symposium on Women & ITC
