  3. Internship Objectives • To Learn the industry of corporate sponsorship through working as the assistant to the GM. By helping with everything from phone calls to sales meetings, and also follow up with all sponsorship fulfillment. • Learning to transform ideas into reality, by gaining valuable experience planning, creating, and managing an event at the ballpark. • To get the experience of working with a sport organization and learning the interdependence between the different divisions that make up the organization as a whole. • Through all of the above, I hope to establish a professional portfolio and gain valuable networking connections that will aid me throughout my career.

Project Description My project was to assist in sponsorship fulfillment for all of the non traditional revenue events that went on during my internship. • Duties Included: • Securing potential sponsorship meetings • Contract delivery and retrieval • Maintaining a positive relationship with sponsors

  6. Internship Site Ranking I gave the Brazos Valley Bombers a four star ranking because I acquired quality experience while working for them. The Staff was very supportive and willing to answer any questions I had along the way. Also, I acquired a wide range of experience during my internship.
